Under the leadership of Guillaume CARLIER, Executive Director, ABGi deploys agile governance rooted in local communities. Our strategic plan is developed collectively, determining our overall direction while adapting to the specific economic, regulatory, and cultural characteristics of each market. This approach allows us to support our clients in a relevant and pragmatic way, combining global expertise with operational proximity. To execute strategic directions and manage operations, Guillaume relies on five leaders in charge of key processes—Finance, Human Resources, Operations, and Strategic Planning— and six Country Managers.
Under the leadership of SNEF’s board of directors, ABGi has set up various decision-making bodies tailored to its rapid growth. This governance structure ensures balance and oversight of strategic priorities in coordination with the group. Keen to maintain close ties with all of the company’s employees, ABGi has adopted a pragmatic governance approach, ensuring direct access to the firm’s managers and directors. To this end, since 2022, we have been implementing a governance structure and opportunities for discussion, debate, and sharing with all teams through four bodies.
