ABGi firmly believes in the importance of creating an environment that encourages sharing. That is why we have two complementary events: the quarterly ‘Sharing’ sessions and the monthly ‘Inside’ sessions.
Sharing is a key event that brings all our staff together to discuss the challenges facing ABGi. It provides a special opportunity to celebrate our collective achievements, recognise individual contributions and share the major advances that underpin our success.
These days are also dedicated to learning and skills development, through internal workshops that allow everyone to deepen their knowledge. Sharing takes on a more festive tone with a social evening to round off the day.
Between each Sharing event, our teams meet monthly, by branch, for an Inside session.
Inside ABGi is a monthly event held at each branch. It enables all staff to keep up to date with local and global news from ABGi, whilst enjoying a friendly get-together.
Each session provides an overview of current projects, key figures, upcoming events and internal initiatives. These meetings are followed each month by an after-work gathering.
