Structure initiatives and support performance.

Be bold, work together, succeed together

The Spark program brings together initiatives that promote intrapreneurship and mobility within ABGi. It provides a framework for identifying, structuring and developing impactful initiatives within ABGi.

It is based on a clear approach: recognising employees’ commitment, supporting their initiatives and assisting with their implementation when they contribute to the company’s development.

Follow career paths

Spark program supports the professional development of its employees by providing an environment that encourages initiative, career progression and career changes.

Career paths can therefore take various forms:

  • participation in cross-functional projects
  • development of specialist expertise
  • progression to roles with greater responsibility
  • internal, geographical or international mobility

Promote initiatives

Spark is based on a pragmatic approach: ideas generated in the field are analysed, prioritised and, where relevant, developed with the support of ABGi.

This framework enables:

Recognize opportunities for improvement or development

Turn proposals into concrete projects

Encourage employees to contribute to value creation

Design impactful projects

Several key initiatives have been developed within this framework. These projects demonstrate the ability to develop and implement solutions based on internal initiatives.

Jean Charles CESAR - CIR360 - ABGi

As part of an intrapreneurial initiative, Jean-Charles has taken over the development of the CIR360 platform. This initiative has been supported by ABGi since its launch, with a view to structuring and supporting its development.
