The Global Sales Challenge forms part of ABGi’s Upskilling program, which is also designed to recognise the commitment and contribution of the sales teams. Rolled out across all ABGi branches worldwide, it aims to foster a shared sense of purpose and recognise employees’ dedication within a structured and collaborative framework.
Designed as a joint initiative for sales teams, the Global Sales Challenge enables everyone to develop and engage with clear objectives on an international scale.
It is based on a challenge-based approach that aims to:

It therefore enables the winners of our annual challenge to enjoy a unique international mobility experience. They spend a week working at the ABGi office of their choice. During this time, they benefit from an immersive experience within the local organisation, learn about local practices, and build connections with new colleagues to exchange best practices.
Jennifer Teixeira (ABGi Brasil) and Nathan Rhodes (ABGi USA), the winners of the 2025 Challenge, were welcomed to France for a week-long immersion programme in Lyon and Paris.
