To ensure your induction goes as smoothly as possible, we have put in place a structured induction programme, designed to help you settle in quickly and feel fully integrated into our teams.

 

At ABGi, all new employees – whether consultants, sales staff or those from other roles – start together. The first Monday of every month marks the start of an induction week at the company’s headquarters in Lyon. This key event is a unique opportunity to build relationships with colleagues from all backgrounds right from day one.

An ABGi “Inside”

  • A comprehensive programme

A tour of our head office, meetings with our teams (partners, managers and staff), and ABGi corporate training (core curriculum). Tailor-made training courses specific to your role ensure a full immersion. This comprises an average of 20 training modules, amounting to around 36 hours of training, delivered by 20 different trainers.

  • A dedicated week

You’ll join a cohort of new arrivals to discover the company and how it works together.

  • A team lunch

During the week, a lunch is organised with your team. It’s a special opportunity to chat with your colleagues and managers.

  • An Inside ABGi

On day 4, you’ll take part in an Inside ABGi. Inside is a monthly event showcasing the agency’s latest news. It’s followed by a friendly after-work get-together with the teams in Lyon.

In the second week, you’ll be expected at your agency to get started. Cross-functional training will round off your induction programme.

    Scheduled meetings allow us to monitor your progress and ensure that your induction is going smoothly.

    • An HR onboarding review

    At the end of your first month, we arrange a dedicated meeting with the HR Manager to gather your feedback, adjust your development path and prepare for the next stage of your journey at ABGi.
