A strategic move that strengthens ABGi’s position as a leading provider of operational consulting services to businesses in France and internationally.

After a year of collaboration, these two long-standing consulting firms, recognized for the quality of their expertise and the strength of their commitments, affirm a shared vision of consulting: rigorous and practical support, results-oriented and deeply rooted in local communities and at the heart of economic ecosystems.

With 35 years of experience and complementary expertise, they are jointly strengthening their ability to support more than 1,500 clients—SMEs, mid-sized companies, large corporations, and institutional organizations—in an environment marked by accelerated economic, technological, and environmental transformations.

This merger strengthens an independent firm, bringing together 250 employees across 7 offices in France, which is built on three fundamental pillars:
