Joining the ABGi team
1. Contact our recruitment team
We give careful consideration to every application, whether it is submitted via our careers website or any other platform. Whatever the outcome, we will provide you with feedback, whether positive or not. If your profile matches our requirements, one of our recruitment managers will contact you to arrange an initial telephone conversation. This interview will enable us to better understand your aspirations, assess your suitability for our vacancies, and introduce you to our roles.
During this initial contact, you will also be informed of the stages of the recruitment process.
2. Discussion(s) with your future manager
If the initial contact goes well, and after reviewing your profile with your future manager, the recruiter you spoke to will arrange an interview with them. The interview will assess your ability to meet our challenges and provide you with a detailed overview of the projects and assignments you might be involved in.
This may be supplemented by practical exercises, such as a test or a simulation. Some roles will require a second interview with other members of the team. The aim will be to get to know you better and to explore your technical skills in greater depth, as well as your understanding of the role.
3. Administrative step in the hiring process
If your application is successful, the recruitment manager who has been liaising with you throughout the process will make you an offer based on our previous discussions, first by telephone and then in writing in the form of a letter of offer.
4. Joining the ABGi team
Once your offer of employment has been signed, we will make the necessary arrangements in advance and you will receive all the information you need before you arrive. All our new employees begin their first week at our head office in Lyon as part of their induction programme.
